Classical service, contemporary ease
Casino floors, candlelit dinners and a shoreline that never wears thin. For 28 years we have refined a single craft: making each guest feel like the most important person present — without ever announcing it.

Wellness & Spa
Thalassotherapy drawn from the sea beneath us, treatments from a 90-page menu, and unbroken quiet across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The outcome is easier to feel than to explain.
DISCOVER MORE →Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining tiers facing west, laid out so no two tables look straight at one another. Golden hour here runs about forty minutes. For years we have tuned the menu, the music, and the lighting around that window.
DISCOVER MORE →VIP Gaming
High-stakes tables in private salons, no onlookers, no cameras, no hurry. Personal hosts arrange transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership comes by invitation, though a single weekend stay is often enough to earn one.
DISCOVER MORE →Live Entertainment
Jazz evenings in the main bar, headline performances in the rotunda, and intimate lounge sets four nights a week. The Thursday pianist has been with us for years. Some guests travel solely to hear him.
DISCOVER MORE →Plates guided by the season, not a fixed card.
Our kitchen follows what the coast delivers each morning. The menu shifts weekly; the standard never does.
Five stars, earned without noise
“Every person on the team appeared to care in earnest, and that sort of sincerity cannot be performed.”
“The most peaceful four days I have known in years. The sea, the cooking, and nowhere at all I had to be.”
“Wellness handled properly. I arrived exhausted, I departed restored — and already arranging another stay.”
Nothing is too slight to notice.
We check the pool temperature every two hours. We restock the bar before you realise it is low. We learn your name on day one and your coffee order on day two. None of this is remarkable on its own. The point is that we do it for every guest, every day, for 28 years running.
There is a way to do this work and a way not to. Across 28 years we have chosen one path and held to it. Every person on our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what good looks like. A building cannot produce that alone. It comes from people.
We hope you will come and judge for yourself. And, when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so the next 28 years improve on the last.
